Chetco Indian Memorial Board of Directors

All Chetco Historical Memorial Committee members are enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon.  The Siletz Reservation is located in Lincoln County, Oregon.

Adrienne Crookes

Adrienne Crookes is a Chetco/Tututni/Gros Ventre descendant and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She has worked for her tribe in the Community Health Department for over thirteen years. She serves as a health advocate and resource person for Native Americans.

Milo Mann

From: Crescent City, California
Tribes: Chetco, Tututni

Milo Mann is a Chetco/Tututni descendant and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. He works as a licensed phlebotomist at the Curry County Medical Center. Milo is a member of the Chetco Valley Historical Society and gives presentations to local groups on Chetco history and culture.

Karen Crump

From: Brookings, Oregon
Tribes: Chetco, Tututni

Karen Crump is a Chetco/Tututni descendant and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She is a life-time native of the Chetco Valley. For the past fifteen years she has worked for the Brookings-Harbor school district as Secretary and Cultural Resource Person for the Title VII Indian Education Program.

Elmer C. Jordan

From: Brookings, Oregon

Elmer Jordan is a Chetco/Tututni descendant and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. He is a tribal elder who would be quick to tell you that he is ninety-one years young and still going strong. He is currently the oldest remaining Chetco descendant living in the Chetco Valley. He cares deeply for the Brookings-Harbor area and is proud to come from a long line of Chetco people who lived here in the past. Elmer is the great-grandson of Lucy Dick. He has many fond memories of her, as she helped raise him.

Megan England

From: Springfield, OR
Tribes: Chetco, Tututni, Gros Ventre

Megan England is a Chetco/Tututni/Gros Ventre descendant and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She holds a Master's degree in English from the University of Oregon with a focus in race, identity, and belonging. She works as a writing instructor in Eugene, Oregon.
